1. LICENCES
All my artwork/designs include a single user license. This permits the purchaser (and only the purchaser) to print the design on physical products for both personal and small commercial use.
My designs may be printed by the purchaser up to 1000 times (unlimited for personal or friends and family projects with no exchange of money).
You must print and produce the finished item yourself, for resale to a single customer.
The license is absolutely non-transferable and I reserve the right to revoke the license upon infringement.
Each design has a copy of my terms & conditions included in the download. Please keep this in the folder with your design for future reference.
Should you be approached to produce any products for third parties, please contact me to discuss the appropriate license.
2. COPYRIGHT
Copyright always remains with Digital Designs by Dellen at all times. In the UK copyright is automatic at the point of creation.
You are purchasing a license to print and use said artwork, subject to the terms & conditions.
Copyright is strictly non-transferable
You may not claim the design (or any part of) as your own. Please do not state or infer you are the original artist/designer.
If the design includes a verse, quote or poem which has been written by Digital Designs by Dellen, this is copyright and subject to the same terms & conditions as my artwork. You may not use replicate our words, or use them on any other design other than the one they are purchased with.
3. NON PERMITTED USE
You may not create a digital design to sell or download in any format, whether in part, whole, altered or unaltered. This includes (but is not limited to) digital designs, digital wall prints, digital greetings cards, digital templates or clipart.
You may not send the design to anyone else for printing, sell pre-printed transfers, printed screen prints or upload to Print On Demand (POD) sites, Dropshipping or third party printing companies.
You may not deconstruct the artwork, combine with any other graphics (other than text to personalise), repackage or redraw our artwork.
You may not alter, recolour, amend, crop any part of, use elements of, or add masks/ filters to any of (or part of) our designs.
You may not share, gift, exchange or resell the design (or any part of) in any format.
You may not post the design in its full resolution (even on a mock up) on the internet. Appropriate watermarking must be used to prevent image theft.
4. WATERMARKING
Your image(s) will be supplied without watermarks. It's part of my terms & conditions that you watermark all images uploaded to Facebook, Pinterest or your own website. This applies to both mock ups and photographs.
Image theft takes money from both mine and your pocket. I value my work highly and reserve the right to ask a customer to remove any image(s) I consider are not appropriately watermarked.
5. REPLICATION
You must not replicate any of my designs, artwork, verses or poems. I employ someone to do regular sweeps of Facebook, websites and Etsy and anyone found copying, replicating or imitating my work (or any part there of) will have their website membership revoked and will be removed and blocked from the Facebook Group(s).
6. DIGITAL SALES
Due to the nature of digital sales and in particular the instant download, all sales are final and non-refundable.
7. SOFTWARE
Digital Designs by Dellen artwork may be supplied in various formats (including, but not limited to) PNG, PSD, Affinity Designer Files, PDF and JPG.
My artwork is designed for sublimation and print. You will need software to enable you to do this. I am not responsible for any technical problems you may have using your choice of software with my designs, however, I will try and assist you whenever I am able.
